The Cincinnati Herald Trumpet Ensemble Series is a collection of original fanfares and arrangements by leader/founder James Olcott of the most called-for popular and utilitarian works for festive occasions. They are specifically intended for and appropriate to any event that may utilize such an ensemble, including concerts, weddings, ceremonies, civic school events, corporate shows, grand openings, and other like happenings. The arrangements utilize B-flat trumpets, are simple and straightforward, and require a minimum of rehearsal time. They are effective, colorful, and have a high degree of impact. The series was reviewed in the Journal of the International Trumpet Guild. |
